Application

The Concrete Vibrator is suitable for cement-pouring operations such as highways, fences, bridges, ports, hydropower stations, mines, etc. It can repair concrete columns, pour grape frames, make stronger cement, and complete repairs for large, medium, and small construction projects.

How to Install

1. Remove the engine and vibrator rod.

2. Connect the flexible shaft end of the vibrating rod to the engine power output connection disk.

3. Pull out the locking pin of the connecting disk, insert the flexible shaft against the internal bushing, and loosen the locking pin to fix the flexible shaft.

4. It is recommended that the throttle operating handle be fixed on the frame with a tie and naturally drooped to facilitate secure operation.

5. After starting the engine, if the concrete vibrator does not produce vibration, the end of the concrete vibrator can generally be tapped on the ground, and after the vibrator makes a smooth and powerful chirping sound, the vibrating operation can be carried out.

6. When the concrete vibrator is working, the concrete vibrator must be inserted into the concrete vertically or at an angle, and after vibrating for a certain period, pump the concrete vibrator up and down even as vibrating.

7. After half an hour of continuous work, the vibrating rod must be stopped for some time to prevent the machinery from heating too much and damaging the machine parts.

8. After the vibrating rod has been used for some time, the threaded connection of the rod head must be checked to see if it is loose, to prevent mortar water from seeping into the rod, resulting in the vibrating rod not vibrating.
